概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The temperature of small silicon particles during laser irradiation was estimated from the Raman spectra of the particles. The relationship between the peak frequency shift and the linewidth of the experimental data was compared with a theoretical calculation made by Balkanski et al. This comparison has enabled us to determine the temperature of the silicon particles during laser irradiation.
