概要

Uricase, considered to be a nodule-specific enzyme in soybean plants, was detected in cotyledons and hypocotyls of germinating seeds. Polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies raised against the nodule uricase cross-reacted with a protein in the cotyledons with a molecular weight identical to that of nodule uricase.
