• The chemical structures of ginsenoside-Rb_3 and 20-glucoginsenoside-Rf, which were isolated from Ginseng (the root of Panax ginseng C.A. MEYER ; Araliaceae), were established to be 20S-protopanaxadiol-3-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside]-20-[O-β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1) and 20S-protopanaxatriol-6-[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside]-20-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), respectively.
