ESTABLISHIMENT AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THREE NEW HUMAN GESTATIONAL CHORIOCARCINOMA CELL LINES

• 3人の絨毛癌患者の手術時摘出腫瘍をヌードマウスヘ移植し継代した後ヒト絨毛癌細胞株3種 (NaUCC-1, NaUCC-2, NaUCC-3)をか in vitroで樹立し, その性状を分析した. マウスの間質細胞は, anti-nude mouse serumを用いて除去した. 形態学的研索では, NaUCC-1, -2は均質な形態を示し, endoplasmic reticula (ER)は少なく, リボゾーム, ポリゾームは豊富であつた. NaUCC-3は, 多様な形態を示し, ER, lipid like granuleが豊富であつた. 染色体分析では, NaUCC-1は hypertetraploid, NaUCC-2は hyperdip1oid, NaUCC-3はhypertriploidであつた. In vitro doubling timeは3種とも20〜25時間であつた. また各々の細胞株における培養上清中ヒト絨毛性ゴナドトロピン (hCG)は, NaUCC-3が最も多く277.0ng/10^6 cells/48hrs.であつた. 培養上清中プロゲステロン, エストロゲンはすべての細胞株に検出されたが, ヒト胎盤ラクトーゲン(hPL)は検出されなかつた.
