In the present study onlytlae naotion of the be?rds unoving in the opposite din'ection to the taaagnetic force exerted 011 thenahas been observed. This investigatiora hats revealed that Hill's type eqtration describes relationbetween average sliding velocity of the lceads and the rnagnetic force. We hax'e also obtainedtraces of the single lceads at every l /30 s in order to investigate the slidirag tauotion of the lcea'tdsfrouaa a stochastic viewpoint. Application of' ottr stochatstic rnodel for the sliding raaovernent toanalysis of the traces has naade it clear that wlaile the stroke freqtrency reuaaains corastant xvitlaincrease of the raaagnetic force, the dist?tnce of the be?rds rnoved by a single itnptrlse dtre to theinteraction between the unotor protein arrd actin decreases.
