Thernaal expansion and magnetostriction of UNiGa single crystal have been meastrred at therange of' pressures up to 2.2 GPa and uauagnetic fields up to 1.5 T. The results are reported witha special enaphasis on anorraalies accompanying the magnetic phase transitions and the effect ofpresstrre on the critical par?ttneters (transition tenaperature and rnagnetic field). Forrnation of anew antiferrornagnetic phase induced by presstrres above 1.8 GPa is revealed. Analysis of restrltsenabled us to construct P-Tnaagnetic phase diagrams fir fields up to l.5T. The rnagnetoelasticeffects are discussed in terzns of rraarked variations in electronic structure accompanying transitions between different tnagnetic structtrres with various couplings of U magnetic moments alongthe c-axis and involveuaaent of strong spin-orbit interaction.
