The antiferromagnetic state of the t-J model present in the low doping region inhigh-7'. cuprates is studied in the mean field approximation based on the slave bosonframework. It is found that there is a phase transition between localized and itinerantantiferromagnetism depending on the doping rate; the N<cel temperature is that of lo-calized spins, i.e., without the Fermi surface of spinons, in the region of very low dop-ing, whereas above critical doping, the onset temperattmre of the coherent motion ofspinons and holons is higher than the Neel temperature. The staggered magneticmoment near absolute zero decreases with doping due to the increasing degree ofitineracy, which is consistent with various experiments.t-J model, slave boson, itinerant antiferromagnetism, high-7'.
