Effects of magnetic field on the Anderson Iocalization in two dimension havebeen investigated by extending the self-consistent treatment by Vollhardt andW61fle to systems without time reversal symmetry. The magnetic field is found toenhance the conductivity, though the static conductivity at absolute zero oftemperature vanishes always within the present formulation whiclt treats the fieldeffect q uasicIassicaJ]y.
