The ordering process of FePJi, alloy from its disordered state was detected by meansof resistivity as a function of annealing temperature. The phase stability of the or-dered state was examined by thermal analysis and its structure was also observed byX-ray diffraction. From these measurements, four processes toward the ordering wererecognized, which depended on both annealing temperature and annealing time.Physical properties such as tlte ordered cluster size and the activation energy wereevaluated, and the mechanism of ordering process was discussed.order, iron, nickel, resistivity, thermal analysis, X-ray
