Powder X-ray diffraction measurements for Ag' doped o-Cut system in its superionic phasehave been carried out. The rnost probable crystal structure seems to be an anti-fluorite one inwhich a part of cations are occupied at octahedral sites. The occupation probability of cationat the octahedral site rapidly increases with increasing Ag ion concentration. This result isqualitatively consistent with that obtained frorn the ionic conductivity measturements.
