The neutron diffraction study of liquid Bi-Sn alloys has been carried out toreveal their characteristic structure. The low lying shoulder on the high angleside of the first peak in the structure factor can be observed for all alloy com-positions presently investigated. This shoulder could be attributable to a ledge-typepair potential in the system, of which origin has also been discussed.
