c-axis therznoelectric poxver (TEP) of stage-2 IBr-GIC exhibits a linear teutaperattrre depen-dence at low temperature, xvhicl'x ascribed to tlae difltrsion teruaa. Arotrnd 80 K its slop becoraaesgently. Tlais implies that the in-plane phot'?on scattering plays an important role in tlae cotadtrction process. By choosing an appropriate pararneter set the diffusion term can be calculated.Hoxvever in tlae range 40 -170 K the difltrsion tertn ca?anot provide a good fit with the observedTEP. By irttroducing tl?e PIIOIIOII drag tertta, tl?erefore, xve obtain a good agreement witla tlaeobserved data.
