One electron states at time t are reasonably defined and the space spanned by them is denoted by 〓_1^e. One electron problem is clearly formulated using 〓_1^e(t). The motion of the projection of a given state Ψ onto 〓_1^e is described by the "Wave function". If Ψ is in 〓_1^e (-∽) the "Wave function" satisfies the equation given by Schwinger. The probability of staying in one-electron state and the expectation values of physical quantities are written as the generalized from of ordinary quantum mechanics so as to indicate the non-local character of our thecry. The expectation value of energy has the imaginary part concerned with the damping property. The application to the problem of Lamb shift and line breadth is made for example. Divergence difficulties are not concerned.
