From leaves of Anodendron affine DRUCE were isolated chlorogenic acid (I), chlorogenic acid methyl ester (II), astragalin (III), nicotiflorirn (IV), rutin (V) and a new flavonol 3-O-glycoside (VI). The structure of VI was identified as quercetin 3-O-(2"-Ogalactosyl)-glucosides by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
