We propose a three dimensional micro-fluidic device for the analysis of intracellular response to localized chemical stimulation. The device has microchannels and an aperture in their side wall, where single cell is immobilized and subjected to chemical stimuli. The device was fabricated using PDMS molding of SU-8 structure and self-forming polymer bridge. Delivery of fluorescent dye, calcein, was demonstrated here.
