同側の腎形成不全と子宮角の分節性発育不全を示した猫の1例(外科学)

9ヶ月齢の短毛描が急性の嘔吐,食欲低下,震えのために来院した.腹部超音波検査では,右子宮角がやや拡張し,無エコーの液体で満たされていた.排泄性尿路造影では,拡大した左腎は機能的解剖学的に正常であったが,右腎は欠如していた.そこで,右腎の形成不全を伴う子宮水腫と仮診断した.子宮水腫の除去を目的に卵巣子宮摘出術を実施した.術中に右子宮角の遠位部の欠損と同側の腎および尿管の欠如を確認した.病理組織学的検査により,右子宮角の圧縮構造と分節性発育不全が認められた.以上より,同側の腎形成不全を伴う子宮角の分節性発育不全と診断した.
