覚醒状態のイヌにおける近位結腸の運動性に及ぼす刺鍼術の効果(内科学)

大腸経(大腸の経線)上の経穴および大腸に関連した特別な経穴は,経験的に大腸疾患を治療するのに用いられてきた.しかしながら,大腸に関連した経穴とその機能の関係は十分には研究されていない.著者らは,大腸に関連した経穴が近位結腸に電極を埋め込んだ覚醒状態のイヌの大腸の運動性に及ぼす影響について調べた.次に示す経穴に対して用手法の刺鍼術を試験した.すなわち,大腸経上の7点(L11,L12,L13,L14,L15,L16,およびLI11)と,ST25,BL25,およびGV1である.大腸経上の経穴,ST25,およびBL25に対して刺鍼術を行った場合には,近位結腸の運動性に有意な影響は見られなかった.しかしながら,GV1への刺鍼術は,収縮の全長短縮と頻度減少によって近位結腸の運動を抑制しており,GV1の治療効果に繋がると考えられる.本研究では,覚醒状態のイヌにおける大腸経と近位結腸運動との間にははっきりした相互関係がないことも示された.
