出血性ショックの犬におけるアルギニンバソプレッシン最適用量の決定(内科学)

犬における高および低用量バソプレッシンの血行動態効果について実験的出血性ショックモデルを用いて検討した.実験群はバソプレッシン投与量(0.1,0.4,1.6IU/kg)により分け,血行動態学的パラメーターを投与前後で測定した.中および高用量のバソプレッシン投与群(0.4および1.6IU/kg)では,低用量投与群(0.1IU/kg)に比べ,血圧および体血管抵抗が有意に上昇した.全身動脈圧および平均動脈圧については,1.6lU/kg投与群は高用量投与にもかかわらず0.4lU/kg投与群よりも効果が低かった.本研究によりバソプレッシン0.4lU/kg投与は出血性ショック代償期の犬における血行動態の改善に最も効果的に使用しうることが示唆された.
