Superconducting YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-x> thin films of zero resistivity temperature 82 K were synthesized by thermal decomposition of naphtanic acid salts. For obtaining the film of zero resistivity temperature above 77 K, the film thickness above ca. 2 μm and adequate processing duration at 900℃ were necessary.
