Superconducting Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films of zero-resistivity temperature 79 K and critical current 38 A/cm^2 (at 77 K) were synthesized on polycrystalline MgO substrate by thermal decomposition of naphtanic acid salts. For obtaining the film of zero-resistivity temperature above 77 K, postdeposition annealing at 820℃ for 30 min was necessary.
