New Isoflavan and Flavanone from Licorice Root

New compounds were isolated from the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. (Leguminosae) and named glabridin and glabrol, whose structures were determined to be an isoflavan (I) and a flavanone (VI), respectively.
