Co?rrsening of a domain pattern dturing the cooling process iza type-II incozaaunenstrrate ferro-electrics like NaNO3 or thiourea is inx'estigated in the f'ramework of txvo-dimeuasior'nal discretelattice model derived frorn tlae Ishibashi-Shiba potetati?tI. The cooling process is siua'ntrlated bygradual change of the pararneters of potential witla titne. It laas turned out that tlae resultantdounain patterns differ depending on the cooling r?tte. The present lattice nuodel can satisfacto-rily reproduce the formation of laznellar and ataaor'photrs dotnain patterns acttrally observed inN aN 02 .
