Despite the ['en'roelststic transition Iceing 2111 order'-disorder type, 110 elarsticdispersiota was observed in tlae f'reqtrency ratuge beloxv x2 GHz. Hence the f'requency of' tltestrsceptibility of tlae order parauneter, indtrcing tlais tratasition, is expected to be 211.)OX ' e x2 GHz.
