A phase transition is studied for a quenched random bond mixture of classicalHeisenberg ferro- and antiferromagnets on a triangular cactus tree. The transitiontemperature to the random ordered phase is obtained by the effective Hamiltonianmethod. Because of the rotatability of the classical Heisenberg spin, i'nfinitelydegenerate canted-spin-arrangements appear in the ground state, which arein contrast to the Ising model. The dependence of the transition temperature onthe concentration of ferromagnetic bonds agrees qualitatively with those forthe Ising model.
