Magnetic properties of a mixture A.Bj-. of two orthorhombic anisotropicantiferromagnets with different easy axes arc investigated. The magnetic easy,intermediate, hard axes are x, z, y axes for the pure A antiferromagnet, whiley, z, x axes for the pure B antiferromagnet, respectively. In the middle range ofconcentration, there appears a single kind of obliqtue antiferromagnetic phase(GAP) whose spins lie within xy plane in one case, or two clifferent GAP withinxz and yz planes, respectively, in the other case. In the latter case, z axis becomesthe easy axis in some range of concentration. Applied magnetic field effect and thesuscer>tibilitv at T =0 are calcualated. It is r>redicted that a mixture Ni,Cot .Clz?21120 would have the latter property.
