Annealed Ising ferronaagnetic Binary alloys of arbitrary concentrations aresolved by use of the Takagi approxinaation. The atom ordering energy as well asthe exchange energy are taken into account. In the present paper the case thatone of the componexct atonas is non-naagnetic is stttdied. Since the exchangeenergy and tlce atouta ordering energy disturb each other, the onset of order tendsto destroy the ?aaagnetization and vice versa. Therefore several critical concentra-tions are found. The coxcaplete phase diagrann is obtained in which a tetra-criticalpoint exists. Connplicated calculations are carried out by the analytical xnethodas mttch as possible and tlae rest is st?pp1emeutted sy the natural xteratton methoddeveloped by Kikuchi tmsixtg the couttpttter.
