Annealed random Ising magnets of binary alloys with arbitrary concentrationsare studied using the Takagi approximation. In the present paper the generalcase that both components of atoms are magnetic is studied. The atom orderingenergy as well as the exchange energy are taken into account. Complete phasediagrams are calculated numerically for some typical cases by means of the naturaliteration method. The phase transitions of the quenched model where all exchangeintegrals are ferromagnetic are also discussed in the present approximation andcompared with those of the annealed model.
