Monte Carlo Simulations for Linear and Non-Linear Susceptibilities of an Antiferromagnet and the Mattis Model

The linear susceptibility z. and non-linear susceptibility zz of an Ising antifer-romagnet and the Mattis model in the 2-d (dimensional) and 4-d lattices, areobtained by Monte Carlo computer simulations. The results of z. are those whichhave been expected in all cases. The results of '7,. of the antiferromagnet aresimilar to those calculated by the approximate theories. It is found that X2 of theMattis model seems to be divergent to :Ec<>at 7'.F0 near the critical temperatureT. for the 2-d lattice, while it is finite at r.+o for the 4-d lattice.
