The three-dimensional "rJ Ising model on the simple cubic lattice is studied bymeans of the screw transfer ?natrix method for L XL X.N lattices (L=2 -5; N: [0').Studying the decay of the correlation functions, tlte value of the critical exponent t7 isfound to be -0.26:0.03, assuming T,./J= 1.2. The result is in good agreement withthat obtained by the Monte Carlo method and high temperature series expansionmethod.
