Phase transitions of Ising model on a tree-like lattice having looped interactionsare theoretically investigated. Concentration dependences of transition tempera-lures to a ferromagnetic ordered phase are rigorously obtained for several binaryrandom-bond mixtures. For dilute ferromagnets magnetization, energies, spin-paircorrelations, specific heats and susceptibilities have been evaluated in the orderedphase as well as in the paramagnetic phase. Spatial distri butions of local magneti-zations are estimated.
