The phase transition of the Ising model on a square cactus tree with quenchedrandom ferro- and antiferromagnetic bonds is rigorously investigated. Thetransition temperature is determined from the divergence of a "generalizedstaggered" susceptibility closely relating with the ground state spin arrangement.The concentration dependence of the present transition temjverature is proved tobe better agreement with the numerical results for an ordinary square lattice thanthe previous molecular field approximation.
