Free-energies for the randomly mixed -hJ model on cactus trees are presentedfor para, ferro and "ROP" phase. The lowest free-energy of these three phases isshown to be the ROP phase through the whole bond-concentrations. The zero-point entropies per spin for the ROP phase are estimated to be 0.1387 k. for atriansular and 0.0686 ks for a sctuare cactus tree in the case of ectuallv mixedbonds.
