The decay of "-Nb to the levels in "Mo has been studied using p- and 7-spectroscopic techniques in singles and coincidence modes. A total of 143 7 rayswere observed. Ninety-eight y rays have been placed into the decay schemeinvolving 31 excited levels in "Mo. Spin and parity assignments for the levelshave been deduced using /?-decay logft values, 7-ray transition rates and reactiondata in the literature.RADIOACTIVITY "-Nb [from "'Mo(7, p)] measured E, Ep, I., Ip, y-ycoin., deduced log ft. "Mo deduced levels E, J, 7C enriched target, Ge(Li),anthracene scintillation detectors.
