Nuclear magnetic resonances of oriented """Ce and "'Ce in an iron host havebeen measured at 7 mK. From the resonance-shift measurement of """Ce, themagnetic hyperfine splitting frequency v = l p B../ Ih l , the magnetic moment p andthe magnetic hyperfine field #..were derived as v=54.25(1) MHz, l q(""Ce,'J )= 1.01(4)q. and 7l?..("'CeFe) = - 38.8(10) T, respectively. The resonance frequenciesof ""CeFe and "'CeFe at the external field of 0.2 T were found to be 188.3(5) and208.5(5) MHz, respectively. With the measured hyperfine field, the magneticmoments of ""Ce and "'Ce were deduced as l q(""Ce,4")l =O.96(4)jtz andp ("'Ce, ]") l = 1.06(4) p.. The measured magnetic moments are compared with thetheoretical values based on the core-polarization model.RADIOACTIVITY """Ce [from "'Ba(cv,4n)]; "'Ce [from "'La(cc,4n)"'Pr(decay)] : measured 17 (0, T, v), NMR-ON, oriented nuclei in Fe, deduced p,B.., recoil implantation
