In this paper, non-periodic properties of the Ep type brain wave (E.B.W.) measured by 10/20 methods are discussed with the Wavelet Transform (a kind of Multi-resolution Analysis) which makes it possible to analyze the time series in the 2 dimensional plane by the time and frequency. We especially took notice of a pulse wave called spike characterizing the brain wave which appears suddenly in the time series, and analyzed it by the Wavelet Transform. The results show that the non-periodic spike exists in the data filtered through the several steps, and its time position can be precisely detected.
