In this study, we developed electromagnetic shielding panels for buildings. Those materials include a conductive fiber mesh and metal powders mixed with some short carbon fibers. We carried out to measure the electromagnetic shielding property of small samples of 200mm×200mm×12mm. As a result, it could be obtained that the shielding rate of the materials was over 40dB between 10MHz to 1000MHz. However, on the metal powders used in this work, the necessary reflection loss for preventing an electromagnetic obstacle for machines due to the irregular reflection could not be obtained. The reason was considered that the magnetic permeability of the mixing materials is low.
