A metastatic bone tumor of the cervical spine from breast cancer is not a rare phenomenon. Since the overall survival rate of breast cancer is high, we must treat their cervical spine without damaging the cervical cord. We experienced two cases with the above condition and treated them using a halo vest. They were able to ambulate in the long term and their quality of life was good using the halo vest. Case 1 was a 47-year-old female. She could ambulate for 20 months using the halo vest. Case 2 was a 39-year-old female. She could ambulate for 11 months using the halo vest.
