THE CONFIRMATION OF NORETHINDRONE AROMATIZATION IN PRIMARY HUMAN HEPATOCYTES BY THE VITAFIBER-II CELL CULTURE SYSTEM

ヒト肝細胞におけるNorethindrone(17α-ethynyl-19-nortestosterone)の芳香化能をVitafiber-II 細胞培養装置を用いて検討した. その結果, 肝切除術を施行した6人の患者から得られた肝細胞においては, norethindroneからethynyl estradiolへの芳香化が確認できた. ethynyl estradiolの産生量は8〜50 fmol/10^6細胞/24時間であつた.
