TXVO kinds of' jtrnctions were fabricated on a single crystal and a polycrystal of'BigSrzCaCu3Og .. The ttrntaeling condtrctance ch?tracteristics, G(V) were treasured for thefortaaer junction at tenaperatures frouaa 4.2 K to 100 K, and for the latter one at tenaperattrresfrom 8.7 K to 90 K. It xvas fotrnd that the condtrctance peak (CP) at zero-bias is observed forttrnneling direction perpendictrlar to a c-axis, lvtrt is not observed for ttrnneling direction parallelto a c-axis, Kashiwaya et at. theoretically predicted that tl?e jtrnction f'abricated on a V-wavestrperconductor can give various (IV(U) chars'tcteristics scattering frotaa a .s-wave like spectrumto a d-wave like one, and has CP tmnder certain botrndary condition. In the present investigation, the meastrred G(V) characteristics in the high T. Bi-system stmperconductor were found toqualitatively agree with the theoretical prediction by Kashiwaya et at.
