• The resistivity of five kinds of metal electrodes (Mg, Al, Zn, Ag, and Au) deposited on the high-temperature superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>(YBCO) at 5×10<-5> Torr were measured. It was found that the resistivity decreases exponentially with at increase of metal work function, and thus qualitatively obeys the rectification theory of metal-semiconductor contact.
