Resonant Raman effect of Inl is investigated at 2.2 K by tuning EL cw dye laser.Scattering spectra under the resonant excitation around the first exciton bandconsist of Raunari lines which shift with the exciting laser energy, ax?d of ordinaryluminescence bands which do not shift in photon energy. Raman lines are corn-posed of five Raman-active lines, forbidden ILO (13.8 meV) anti its overtone(27.5 meV). Two lines (7.00 meV and 10.7 men) of five Raman-active lines areassigned as A. symmetry. Resonant enhancentent in the scattering intensitiesoccurs in the ILO, the 2L0 and two A. lines of five Raman-adtive. lines. It isconfirmed that the forbidden ILO intensity shows steep enhancenterrt in resonancewith both bound and free excitons, whereas the 2L0 intensity increases moregradually as the incident photon energy approaches to the free exciton energy.
