The relaxation phenomena near T. in Co(HCOO).2H.0 have been studiedby means of AC magnetic susceptibility with frequency of 7 Hzxl MHz. Therelaxation phenomena which are due to the magnetic domain or the spin clustermotion have been detected clearly and studied. The relaxation effect of themagnetic domain motion can be separated out from the "intrinsic" susceptibilitypeak which comes from the phase transition, by applying the small externalstatic magnetic field, and/or by using the relatively high frequency. The relaxationof the magnetic domain motion affects the "intrinsic" susceptibility of the phasetransition even above the transition temperature. So called "critical slowingdown" or "critical speeding up" in the crystal would have been observed in muchhigher frequency than l MHz.
