Magnetic resonance study has been performed on an amorphous insulatingsystem 8Ca0?8Si0.=3Fe.0.?2Fe0. At room temperature a well exchange-narrowed line with g -2 has been observed, which broadens and shifts towardslower fields with decreasing temperature. Both the linewidth and the lineshiftshow sharp changes of the slope of the temperature variations at about 65 K.Below this temperature the linewidth is nearly temperature-independent but theresonance position varies in rather complicated manner. The shift of the resonancein the r>arama:netic rhase is interrreted as an exchanue shift resultinx from therapid damping of Fe" spins.
