Dielectric Constant of Antiferromagnet K_2CoF_4 near Its Neel Temperature

From the measuremettts of dielectric constauat of K.CoF. it was revealed thatthe attomalous magnetic part of the dielectric corastant is proportional to themagnetic iuaternal e?aergy. By analyzittg this relatic>n, the secou?d derivative of theexchatage energy with respect to an electric field, 8'J/8E', was determitaed as about9 x 10 " in the CGS units. If we take into accouxat the contribution of the elec-trostrictive interaction to 8"J/8E", the value will become somewhat smaller. Forthe precise estimation, due correction of the electrostrictive part should be raeces-sary.
