Heat capacity of TTF-TCNQ was zneasttred by adiabatic and chopped-light ac calorinnetriesbelow [00111 teraaperattmre. A thernaal anonaaly dtte to tlae Peierls transition of the TCNQ COILIIIIIIwas clearly detected arotnnd 52 K while tl'aat dtte to the TTF coluraun (around 48 K) w?ts taotdetected in both naethods. A sutaall btrt sharp peak dtre to the first-order transitioza at 37 Kcatrsed by the phatse locking of the CDNV's on l.>otlu COILIIIIIIS XV21S detected in caloriraaetry f'orthe first titaae. Heat capacity of TSF -TCNQ NV21S taaeastrred by adiabatic calor'inaetry below 100111teumperature. Txvo steps due to the Peierls transitiotas on TSF and TCINQ coltrnans were detected,Tlae absence of the anonualy around 48 K in TTF -TCNQ w'as disctrssed throtrgh conaparison of'the therraual anomalies of txvo cotaapotrnds. Standard tl'nernaodynarnic f'trnctions are tabtrlated.
