It is widely recognized that the knowledge of the off-the-energy-shell scattering amplitude is the key to find the elementarity of particles. Under the assumption of the factorizability of the off-shell scattering amplitude we show in this paper that the off-shell scattering amplitude can be obtained uniquely from the on-shell scattering amplitude by the use of the three kinds of the off-shell unitarity conditions, which we have derived in a previous paper. On the way of this analysis it is shown that our factorizable scattering amplitude is nothing but the unified expression of the scattering amplitudes for some model field theories, such as the Lee model, etc., and that the appearance of the C-D-D zeros in the scattering amplitude indicates the existence of elementary particles. Our scheme is applied to the n-p scattering in the ^<3>S_1-state and the separable ^<3>S_1-potential for the n-p scattering is determined by the mass of the deuteron and the phase shift.
