The complete solution to the problem of the V-θ bound state B in the N-θ-θ sector of the Lee model is given by the use of the technique devised by Amado. The wave function of the bound state B has a left-hand cut arising from the virtual process B→N+θ+θ as well as a pole corresponding to its mass. The eigenvalue equation for the mass of B is equivalent to the equation which determines the dynamical pole of the V_θ scattering amplitude if we eliminate zeros from it. There exists no V_θ bound state when the coupling constant is fairly weak (Z_V~1) or it attains the critical value (Z_V=0). Also discussed is the case that the V-particle is unstable, where the V_θ system (or equivalently N-θ-θ system) is unstable, too.
