Systematic studies of the pion-nucleon and the nucleon-nucleon scatterings and the isovector part of the nucleon electromagnetic form factor on the basis of pion-pion dynamics are performed by using the twice-subtracted dispersion relation. Starting from the pion-pion amplitude, the I=L=1 and I=L=0 helicity amplitudes of the (ππ⇔NN^^-) process can be determined by the investigations of the form factor and the pion-nucleon scattering, respectively. The p'-meson (1600 MeV) contribution to the form factor is shown to play an important role in the higher momentum region. In addition to the two-pion contribution evaluated from ππ⇔NN^^- amplitudes to the nucleon-nucleon scattering, inclusion of the one-pion, one ω-meson and one η-meson contribution leads us to the result which agrees well with the experiment. It is shown that the cut-off dependence of the results is considerably weakened by using the twice-subtracted dispersion relation for the I=L=0 helicity amplitude of the (ππ⇔NN^^-) process. As a whole, it is shown that the experimental data can be reproduced very well by our systematic treatment if the contribution from both correlating and uncorrelating two-pion states are correctly included.
