Coupled Partial-Wave-Dispersion-Relation for Nucleon-Nucleon Scattering and ρ- and ω-meson Contributions

A coupled integral equation derived from the partial-wave-dispersion-relation for the low energy nucleon-nucleon scattering is solved explicitly in certain conditions. This solution is utilized to clarify the range of reliability of the one-pion-exchange approximation with a scattering-length-correction in the averaged P-wave phase shift, and it is shown that this approximation is a reasonable one in the region where the impact parameter b_l is larger than ~1.5 pion Compton wavelengths (region I). The p- and ω-meson exchange contributions are calculated in the zero width approximation, and it is shown that these contributions may not be important except the ^<3>P_0 state, if the effective coupling strengths derived from the electromagnetic form factor of nucleon are used.
