概要

Biological mineralized tissues contain various acidic proteins which affect the mineralization. We have developed in vitro mineralization systems which can detect effects of these proteins on the crystal formation. We used agar gets as difftusion media of calcitum and phosphate ions. Proteiuts to be tested were included inn the gets. Using these systems, we detected effects of less than 1mg of the proteins.
